Before we talk about design, you need structure.
In this session we will analyze:

- What do you really offer (beyond the product or service)?
- Who is it for?
- What makes you relevant and competitive.
- How to build a coherent and sustainable business model.
Objective : to give you strategic clarity to make smart decisions and not act out of confusion or impulse.
MODULE 2 — THE VALUE PROPOSITION
What truly makes you win today
Today, success is not about having the best product.
but rather the one who offers the clearest, most relevant, and most differentiated value proposition .
You will learn to answer:

- Why does my solution matter more than the others?
